What matters most...

Jenny Sanford, former SC Gov. ex-wife, wrote a book called STAYING TRUE.  I was the story of her life.  She had a common thread that ran through the book about BEING TRUE - to God, to yourself and to others.  She wrote this quote and I just found where I had jotted down some notes.

What matters most is HOW you live your life,

not WHAT you have to show for it.

She also said, "God is glorified and the communities each of our lives touches are better because of the lives we live." 

And finally, "We will all be remembered for something and the only question that remains to be answered is FOR WHAT?

What will I do in 2013 that keeps me TRUE, Glorifies God, Touches lives, and am remembered for?

I pray that I will stay true, glorify God, touch lives (even the untouchable) and be remembered for loving Jesus with all of my heart, so much so that I go where He sends me without hesitation or question...
