God is so good! I had
our mail held while we were in FL. My Great friend Jeanne Cushway
brought it to me. I went through it and found checks totaling
$1,065.00 for Haiti...some money was already designated for goats and
chickens and school children...but the $1,000 said to put it where it is
most needed!
But that isn't why I am posting...
When we left residency 10 years
ago we invested with a particular company and it just didn't work out.
I thought we would never see that money again...I even quit opening
mail from them!!! (not a good idea)
But tonight, with Haiti on my mind
and wanting to give away all of our money to feed hungry children (not
approved by the hubby...cause we need to feed our own hungry
children LOL) I opened an envelope from the investment co. and found a
confirmation of a redemption for almost $500.00. The letter said that they
sent a letter in Sept. about it, but of course I threw it away!!! God
is so incredible!
Now I can feed some more kids and help families get
goats, chickens and school fees paid!!!!!!!!!!!
I am looking at it as a Christmas present...
