The first time I didn't ask to go to Haiti. We had a need presented to us and with Michael being an MD we felt equipped to help. Little did we know that we were in no way equipped by our own actions...God took us to Haiti and placed it in our hearts.
Now I ask Michael all the time, "I wonder when I will be able to return to Haiti?" I read other people's impressions of Haiti post-earthquake and as much as I wish it wasn't like that...I want to see it and hold the children and love the people in person!!!
