I will need your SS cards, photo copies of the passport and stamps. The photos of you with the child will help also.
If you have any air tickets send them also. Any form of proof that you both have been to Haiti to see Clifford before the adoption happens.

You should have news soon. We do have several updates: The director of IBESR has taken another job and we will have to wait for a replacement. Hopefully she will sign every dossier on her desk to leave a clean desk for her replacement.

Your dossier is out of IBESR and is also legalized already. I sent it to the archivs yesterday for jut one more paper to be added. You are really on your way to getting a passport.
